I primarily work with founder-led companies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and prepare businesses for scale or exit.
My focus is commercial and operational execution, by setting goals years out and working backwards in fine detail. I help companies tighten systems, improve cash flow, expand distribution, and build infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.
